Ibrahim Bah is a native of Atlanta, GA by way of Sierra Leone, West Africa. As a first-generation college graduate, Ibrahim received his undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems from Livingstone College in Salisbury, North Carolina and Master’s degree in Public Administration focusing on organizational management from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He has over 10 years of experience working in higher education in the following areas: Residence Life, Student Support Services, and Financial Aid. Ibrahim joined the Office of Financial Aid at Shaw University in Raleigh, NC in 2018 and has served in the capacity of Director of Financial Aid. Prior to joining Shaw University, He served as the Associate Director of Financial Aid at Wilberforce University in Wilberforce, Ohio and as an Administrator of Academic and Retention Services at the Guildford Technical Community College in Jamestown, North Carolina. Ibrahim has a strong student services and enrollment management portfolio and is passionate about financial aid outreach to ensure that all students have a financially viable path toward a college degree. Ibrahim is fluent in Krio, Fulani and can read and write Arabic
